Base Salary
$159k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications, including HR Case Management, Configurable Workspaces, Knowledge, Employee Document Management, Employee Center Pro, and Employee Journeys.
- Design and build HR services, templates, Centers of Excellence, record producers, catalog items, workflows, UI actions, workspace components, and form and panel configurations.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, role-assignment logic, and other platform automation.
- Create data imports, transform maps, data migration scripts, and ETL logic for HR data models and COE-specific tables.
- Troubleshoot case routing, HR services, workspace configuration, platform analytics, scope-to-scope security, and role-based access-control issues.
- Co-lead unit testing, UAT support, incident resolution, platform optimization, and ServiceNow upgrades including plugins, patches, and family upgrades.
- Translate HR stakeholder requirements into user stories, system designs, and technical specifications while supporting rollout communications and training.
Requirements
- Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent qualifying college credits; one year of additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least three years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, or maintaining system or platform components.
- Minimum five years of ServiceNow experience is desired, with advanced technical experience in ServiceNow HRSD required.
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow HRSD enterprise plugins, including Agent Workspace, Employee Document Management, Employee Relations, Employee Journeys, Content Experiences, Platform Analytics, and Employee Center Pro.
- Experience with custom scoped applications, platform data integrations, transforms, ETL, REST APIs, and Integration Hub handling confidential or personally identifiable information.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform sustainability, application ownership, enterprise product development, and secure HR data management.
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-HR, ArchX, CTA, or CMA are desired.

- Salary range is $159,120–$200,226 per year.
- Hybrid work arrangement with one remote day and four onsite days per week.
- Exempt, not-to-exceed three-year appointment under Category 18.
