Responsibilities
- Design a scalable, reusable automation strategy for microservices and distributed systems.
- Build API, integration, and end-to-end automation for complex business workflows.
- Develop event-driven testing for messaging flows, eventual consistency, retries, and failures.
- Own performance engineering by creating load models, simulating production traffic, analyzing bottlenecks, and driving optimization.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left quality practices.
- Use logs, metrics, traces, and Grafana dashboards to improve debugging, observability, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain teams.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in QA Automation or Quality Engineering.
- Experience with C#/.NET, Java, Selenium, API automation, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong data modeling skills across SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Hands-on performance testing experience with JMeter, k6, or Locust.
- Experience with Kubernetes-based environments, CI/CD-integrated automation, and observability practices.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
