Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines for marketing data from various platforms.
- Create automation tools for bidding, budget pacing, and campaign experimentation.
- Implement attribution and tracking logic for performance marketing.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to develop shippable systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience supporting performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Practical experience with AppsFlyer or similar MMP.
- Solid grasp of attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Strong backend programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with data systems including SQL and ETL/ELT.
