Base Salary
$131k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, development, testing, and support for complex on-premise and cloud-based software, systems, and information solutions.
- Act as a technical expert for high-volume, low-latency, mission-critical applications requiring high availability and performance.
- Configure, customize, integrate, support, and implement TriZetto Facets healthcare payer solutions across fulfillment, membership, billing, and enrollment platforms.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for complex IT solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, direction, and assistance to IT specialists and less experienced team members.
- Investigate business problems, production issues, and solution alternatives, including buy-versus-build recommendations.
- Lead or represent the department on enterprise-wide project teams and support employee development initiatives.
- Research technology trends and IT best practices, including the use of AI-assisted development tools to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets, including configuration, customization, integration, support, and implementation.
- At least 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required; 10+ years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
- Experience providing technical leadership, coordinating project work, and delivering complex software or IT solutions.
