Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and reusable React.js components.
- Implement frontend architecture, state management, responsive and accessible interfaces, and performance optimizations.
- Integrate APIs and develop real-time dashboards, chat interfaces, streaming experiences, and AI-powered workflows.
- Implement authentication and secure frontend practices, including token handling and protection against common web vulnerabilities.
- Write unit, integration, and component tests; debug production issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, QA teams, AI teams, and product managers, and document frontend architecture and reusable components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional frontend development experience using React.js.
- Experience building large-scale, production-ready web applications and reusable component libraries.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript fundamentals and asynchronous programming.
- Expertise in React.js, React Hooks, functional components, Context API, and modern React architecture.
- Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar state-management solutions.
- Experience integrating GraphQL services and data-fetching libraries such as React Query, TanStack Query, SWR, or Apollo Client.
- Experience with frontend performance optimization, authentication, OAuth, JWT, SSO, secure session management, and frontend security practices.
- Experience integrating AI services, LLM APIs, or conversational AI interfaces and building streaming or real-time user experiences.
- Experience with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, chat interfaces, live dashboards, collaborative applications, or streaming interfaces.
- Experience developing interfaces for autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents and understanding workflow orchestration and event-driven frontend architectures.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency with Git and, preferably, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and frontend deployment pipelines.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Next.js, micro-frontend architecture, WebRTC, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, WCAG, and responsive design.
