Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to suggest improvements and IPA solutions.
- Build new automated workflows or support existing RPA/IPA workflows.
- Implement document processing pipelines using OCR and data extraction techniques.
- Develop platform-agnostic solutions for future migration.
- Integrate bots with enterprise systems via APIs.
- Follow established coding standards and deployment guidelines.
- Deploy and maintain automation solutions in AWS environments.
- Utilize AWS services for automation workflows.
- Monitor bot execution and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and support engineers to translate requirements into automation designs.
- Work with QA teams to validate workflows before deployment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input on planning.
- Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
- Contribute to reusable components and best practices for the IPA team.
- Stay updated on new automation technologies and cloud capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of software development or automation experience, with at least 4 years in UiPath or similar tools.
- Experience in document processing and intelligent data extraction workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS services for application hosting and automation deployment.
- Experience with API integrations and programming in Python, C#, or JavaScript.
