Lead AI Engineer - 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm IST (Remote, IND)
CrowdStrikeResponsibilities
- Lead engineering delivery for agentic AI capabilities across Salesforce, Slack, third-party applications, and internal platforms.
- Design and build LLM-powered workflows, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and AI-enhanced integrations.
- Define scalable enterprise AI architecture covering model routing, orchestration, memory, governance, error handling, and fallback strategies.
- Design and optimize RAG systems, semantic search pipelines, vector retrieval, and enterprise knowledge-grounding frameworks.
- Build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Platform Events, and Agentforce agent actions.
- Implement AI evaluation, prompt benchmarking, hallucination reduction, model monitoring, data governance, and observability frameworks.
- Architect CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, event-driven integrations, and platform observability.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce AI engineering standards.
- Build internal tools, automate manual processes, evaluate vendors, and replace legacy integrations with modern agentic patterns.
- Apply security-first AI engineering practices including input validation, output sanitization, and prompt-injection hardening.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript for AI and integration development.
- Production experience with agentic AI frameworks, document parsing, structured extraction pipelines, enterprise AI applications, autonomous agents, and LLM-powered systems.
- Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events, and Agentforce.
- Proficiency with vector databases and retrieval optimization techniques.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, workflow orchestration, CI/CD tooling, and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of LLM limitations, token economics, and model-selection trade-offs.
- Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application Architect certification is a bonus.
- Experience with Slack apps, Slack Workflow Builder, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, open-source AI frameworks, fine-tuning, model evaluation, synthetic data generation, model routing platforms, or enterprise AI control planes is preferred.
