Responsibilities
- Manage Enverus’s global AWS infrastructure and keep infrastructure stable as releases and maintenance updates are deployed.
- Organize, secure, automate, monitor, and maintain infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with developers to drive operational improvements and enable zero-downtime deployments.
- Scale infrastructure to meet increasing demand and maintain high platform uptime.
- Develop and improve operational practices and procedures.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain CI/CD frameworks.
- Coordinate and participate in daytime on-call rotations.
- Automate recurring operational tasks and resolve issues while preventing future incidents.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional Windows and Linux server administration experience.
- At least 3 years of Amazon Web Services administration experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-performance, 24x7 DevOps, SysOps, or operations team.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS or another major cloud provider.
- Python, C#, or Golang programming experience is a plus.
- Azure and Azure Local experience is a plus.
- Experience working with global teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
