Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular.
  • Build and enhance backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL database objects, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Contribute to solutions built on the DBR technology stack.
  • Participate in feature development, bug fixing, code reviews, and testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and senior developers.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis for defects.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
  • Support CI/CD deployment activities and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Learn new technologies and contribute to process and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of software development experience, with internships and academic projects considered.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, SQL query optimization, API development and integration, and Git.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of Python; familiarity with Azure or AWS; knowledge of Docker; familiarity with automated testing frameworks; exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; and experience with GitHub Copilot.
