Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software releases and coordinate application updates across cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions that preserve application stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs, low-code platforms, and cloud deployment processes to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Lead process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and guide them through technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Generative AI is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI and Python is required.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in software solutions is required.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions is required.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software deployment and release management processes is required.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow integration is preferred.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
