Responsibilities
- Own product definition for the AI networking software stack from inception through delivery.
- Drive system architecture and component design for AI networking software on Arm platforms.
- Benchmark, analyze, and optimize the network software stack for AI workloads.
- Collaborate with open-source communities to develop and release software components aligned with Arm architecture.
- Work with global partners and customers to build and deliver high-quality networking software stacks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, an equivalent STEM degree, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 15 years of experience leading software product delivery.
- Deep understanding of high-performance networking software requirements and functionality.
- Strong knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, data structures, algorithms, and multi-core programming.
- Ability to take on varied responsibilities and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Preferred experience contributing to open-source software and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred hands-on experience with network I/O drivers and L2-L7 networking stacks, including DPDK or VPP.
- Preferred experience with AI networking components such as RoCE, libFabric, OpenMPI, NCCL, or OneCCL.
- Familiarity with PyTorch-based training applications, SDN concepts, or cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and CNIs.
