Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct manual, exploratory, and edge-case testing.
- Identify, report, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to verify requirements and resolve quality issues.
- Continuously improve and maintain the test automation framework.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code is testable and automation is integrated into development.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in programming concepts and Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or TestNG.
- Ability to design and execute test cases, interpret requirements and acceptance criteria, and generate test data.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
