Base Salary
$121k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable applications for the Prime Sequel Platform.
- Analyze complex technical and business challenges, conduct feasibility studies, and propose solutions.
- Monitor and guide software development lifecycle phases from analysis and design through testing and implementation.
- Provide application support to business users and operational teams.
- Evaluate system designs, recommend security measures, and conduct post-implementation analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, senior managers, and technology groups on technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Manage technical risks, regulatory compliance, control issues, and critical initiatives with a high degree of independence.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java application technologies, Spring, Test-Driven Development, and Microservices architecture.
- Solid SQL experience and proficiency in Linux environments.
- Experience with job scheduling.
- Working knowledge of project management techniques and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, and collaborate effectively with global teams.

- Salary range of $121,200.00–$181,800.00, plus potentially eligible discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
