Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions using Avaloq.
- Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications and solution designs.
- Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals on solution roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct solution reviews and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage communications and present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customize and configure Avaloq modules for client and organizational requirements.
- Document solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation approaches.
- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing and configuring the Avaloq platform.
- Expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex solution implementations.
- Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management in banking environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Avaloq certification or formal training is a bonus.
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects is a bonus.
- Change-management, organizational-transformation, and additional banking-system implementation or migration experience are bonuses.
