Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd Level technical support for customer issues across Celonis Systems & Products.
  • Serve as a Technical Contact for Premier Customers.
  • Take ownership of complex cases, driving and resolving them according to ITSM processes.
  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and recovery of complex technical issues.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) cycles to improve the support Knowledge Base.
  • Contribute to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver Webcasts on selected technical topics.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule for global coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Technical Support experience with complex issues.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification; additional ITIL certification is a plus.
  • AWS or Azure certification and/or experience in Kubernetes/containerized environments.
  • Proven experience with heterogeneous Linux/Unix systems.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java) or scripting language (e.g., Python).
  • Experience with major database systems (e.g., SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server).
  • Goal-oriented and structured approach to problem-solving in virtual/cloud environments.
