Responsibilities

  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of internal tools used across engineering, operations, product, sales, support, and finance.
  • Build agentic AI workflows for fraud review, customer support triage, go-to-market workflows, operations dashboards, and other repetitive processes.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to identify friction and deliver functional solutions with rapid feedback loops.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI engineering tools including Claude, Cursor, n8n, and Dust.
  • Contribute to shared infrastructure, schemas, APIs, and the broader polyglot codebase.
  • Build internal dashboards on top of DynamoDB, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for the internal platform.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping software in fast-paced environments and consistently completing projects.
  • Production experience with automated workflows and AI-powered tools such as n8n, Dust, custom LLM pipelines, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience building tools for internal users, with an emphasis on reliability and usable experiences.
  • Strong backend skills in Go or TypeScript and the ability to design reliable APIs and services.
  • Comfort working across the stack with React and data-layer technologies including DynamoDB, SQS, and Lambda.
  • Ability to choose simple, scalable solutions and communicate effectively with non-engineering stakeholders.
  • Fluent or professional English.
  • Experience with developer experience or platform engineering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fintech, identity, fraud, or another regulated or high-stakes domain is preferred.
  • Experience integrating common SaaS APIs for CRM, billing, support, or data warehouse systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Rust, gRPC, or AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS is a plus.
