Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
- Create agent designs, conversational flows, topics, actions, orchestration, and enterprise deployments.
- Integrate AI agents with Barclays business systems, Microsoft 365 services, and third-party applications.
- Define AI solution architecture, security controls, governance standards, responsible AI practices, and compliance requirements.
- Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse to integrate AI agents into business workflows.
- Support production releases, operational excellence, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of generative AI capabilities across Digital Colleague Workplace platforms.
- Contribute to the strategic AI roadmap and identify automation, innovation, and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams.
- Mentor co-developers and promote engineering best practices across the organization.
- Communicate technical concepts to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Strong Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder development experience, including agent design, conversational flows, topics, actions, orchestration, and enterprise deployments.
- Experience defining AI governance, security controls, responsible AI practices, and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Graph APIs, Entra ID, REST APIs, authentication, and enterprise security controls.
- Practical experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, LLM-powered solutions, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge grounding, and AI governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including presenting technical concepts to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Language Studio, and Cognitive Services.
- Preferred software development experience with C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Preferred experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and release governance.
- Preferred experience with SharePoint Online, Viva Suite, Teams Apps, and employee-experience solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Copilot Studio, Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are valued.
