Responsibilities
- Build integrations that enable AI agents to work with platform services through APIs, MCP servers, and other appropriate patterns.
- Create reusable AI agent templates and workflows for adoption by other teams.
- Develop tools that enable nontechnical colleagues to create and use agents safely.
- Work with product teams and domain experts to identify tasks suitable for automation and deliver solutions.
- Improve agent reliability through testing, monitoring, security, and understanding agent behavior.
- Explore emerging AI capabilities and share knowledge across the organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building backend services, integrations, automation, or internal tools.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience connecting APIs, services, and data sources into production-running systems.
- Experience or demonstrated curiosity with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, MCP, LangGraph, or LangChain, including side projects or hackathon prototypes.
- Ability to work closely with users and explain technical concepts to nontechnical colleagues.
- Fluent English.
- Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, Kafka, and PostgreSQL is a plus.
