Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery conversations to identify customer pain points and success criteria.

- Define and manage the scope of proof-of-concept projects.
- Run inference sweeps and establish performance baselines for customer workloads.
- Guide customers on fine-tuning strategies and model recommendations.
- Own the technical relationship across the account and navigate complex organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with the LLM stack and deploying models at scale.
- Strong Python skills for reading, writing, and debugging production code.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
