Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, and optimize custom software solutions using SAP ABAP for HANA.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and SAP enhancements.
- Provide technical solutions and make decisions as an SME across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, including object-oriented programming and modularization.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and optimization for HANA systems.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and supporting tools.
