Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, implementation, upgrade, maintenance, and support of enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows, lifecycle events, forms, reports, tasks, transforms, and Java/BeanShell components.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, certifications, entitlement management, and governance processes.
- Lead application onboarding and integrations with Workday, SAP, Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, databases, web services, and other enterprise applications.
- Manage source control, branching, builds, deployment packages, CI/CD, testing, release management, and DevOps practices for IAM solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, technical workshops, solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and technical project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM, connector, provisioning, workflow, integration, aggregation, performance, and production issues, including Severity 1/2 incidents.
- Drive bug fixes, enhancements, technical debt remediation, problem management, and root-cause analysis with vendors and implementation partners.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to IAM developers and implementation resources.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, secure development, least-privilege, documentation, and SailPoint best-practice standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on technical experience developing and implementing IAM solutions, including significant SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
- Experience serving as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or Lead Implementer on enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration, customization, development, integration, troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and production support.
- Strong working knowledge of Java, BeanShell, SQL, object-oriented programming, PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Experience integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with Workday, SAP, Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and cloud applications.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, provisioning, access certifications, entitlement management, role-based access control, and identity governance.
- Strong knowledge of Git, source code management, branching, merging, code reviews, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with distributed onsite/offshore development and implementation teams.
- Experience with technical documentation, solution design, requirements analysis, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or 5+ years of additional relevant IAM development and implementation experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, critical-thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
