Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal reporting applications and analytics solutions.
- Develop scalable frameworks for traders, quants, and developers to conduct research and build visualizations.
- Optimize data access and query performance for reporting and visualization workloads.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver technical solutions that support decision-making.
- Support and enhance BI infrastructure, including Looker and Plotly Dash.
- Lead migrations across teams as tools, libraries, and data sources are upgraded.
- Evaluate emerging business intelligence and data visualization technologies.
Requirements
- Strong Python development experience focused on data analytics, reporting, and visualization.
- Experience building reporting applications and business intelligence solutions.
- Proficiency with Jupyter Notebooks and visualization libraries such as Plotly.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and relational databases.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or administering BI solutions across teams and user groups.
- Familiarity with data modeling, dashboard design, and reporting best practices.
- Understanding of modern business intelligence and analytics trends.
- Experience working in a collaborative, stakeholder-facing environment.
