Responsibilities
- Develop and support frameworks and operating models for test cases, plans, and schedules.
- Design, build, and implement automated testing tools and workflows.
- Create testing standards, success metrics, test plans, and structured test cases.
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing, root cause analysis, risk analysis, and defect tracking.
- Integrate testing into code and data pipelines with engineering teams.
- Lead testing across multiple applications and datasets while monitoring quality metrics and defect counts.
- Drive testing process innovation and maintain data security, data management, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a QA engineer.
- Experience with software development projects across design, build, implementation, and steady-state lifecycle phases.
- Experience writing test cases, test plans, and test schedules.
- Experience with Python, Java, SQL, Postman, REST API automation testing, Playwright, Selenium, and Azure Test Plan.
- Experience testing functional and non-functional components and implementing automated testing tools.
- Experience with automated reporting and live monitoring of test cases.
