Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and interactive UI components using React.js with Redux or Context API.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases for scalability and performance.
- Build and enhance rich, data-driven dashboard interfaces.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Lead and mentor development teams and drive engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Implement automated unit and integration testing and maintain high code quality.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments for streamlined deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN Stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Expertise building rich and highly interactive dashboard applications.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
