Responsibilities
- Develop frontend applications using recent React experience as the primary technical focus.
- Build and support full-stack solutions using .NET and C# backend capabilities.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, deployment workflows, cloud technologies, and Docker/containerized deployments.
- Potentially contribute to Next.js, Python, monorepo, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and AI-driven development initiatives.
- Explain and justify AI-generated code, implementation choices, alternatives, and trade-offs during evaluation.
Requirements
- Strong, recent React experience is required; historical React experience alone is not preferred.
- Full-stack experience with React and .NET/C# is highly desirable.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, deployment workflows, cloud fundamentals, and containerized deployments is required or preferred.
- AWS experience is preferred, although experience with other cloud platforms is acceptable when cloud fundamentals are understood.
- Next.js, Python alongside .NET, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, monorepo, and AI coding assistant experience are nice-to-have qualifications.
- Candidates should demonstrate Senior Engineer to Staff Engineer capability, with some positions potentially requiring Tech Lead or Lead Engineer experience.
- Candidates using AI coding tools must be able to explain generated code and discuss implementation choices, alternative approaches, and trade-offs.
