Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Lead process-improvement efforts and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and strong knowledge of enterprise integration design patterns and best practices.
- Experience with application configuration and customization for complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
