Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models with reproducible training and inference pipelines.
- Develop feature engineering workflows and documented data quality checks.
- Integrate models into services, add telemetry, and automate retraining and rollbacks.
- Conduct experiments and ablation studies to improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
- Partner with data scientists and platform engineers to harden solutions for real-world usage.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of related experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Pandas or NumPy.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and drift detection.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and translate requirements into technical tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, or GPU acceleration is desirable.
