Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and delivery support for Netskope SSE products across CASB, SWG, ZTNA, DLP, Private Access, and BWAN.
- Architect and deliver large-scale traffic-steering, traffic-engineering, tunnel-termination, and failover solutions across IPsec, GRE, SDWAN, and transit connectivity.
- Perform platform maintenance, optimization, tuning, and troubleshooting for enterprise traffic routing and access.
- Design and implement private-line traffic steering using dark fiber, carrier interconnects, point-to-point circuits, and BGP.
- Collaborate with Global Security Defence on identity and access management and DLP platform design.
- Provide advanced escalation support to Network Operations for routing, policy, user-access, and system-access issues.
- Coach and educate small teams and support technical knowledge transfer among project teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with network-security technologies, including production deployments, operations, and build teams.
- Deep understanding of Netskope steering architecture, real-time policy enforcement, the NewEdge network, and data-plane and tunnel design.
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, WAN/LAN architecture, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Experience with enterprise SDWAN topologies, physical network tasks, advanced troubleshooting, and incident-response workflows.
- Previous experience operating in financial services and supporting branch, campus, datacenter, and colocation topologies is preferred.
- Relevant Netskope experience or certifications, SASE/SSE ecosystem exposure, and experience with vendors such as Zscaler and Palo Alto Prisma Access are preferred.
- Experience with SIEM workflows, security automation, infrastructure as code, network automation, orchestration platforms, scripting, and REST APIs is preferred.
- Proficiency with Python or shell scripting and interest in using Ansible and Terraform for automation are preferred.
- Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical and procedural matters to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be eligible for employment under applicable regulatory standards.
