Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and AI-enabled tooling for Red Team reconnaissance, analysis, reporting, and post-exploitation operations.
- Convert operator requirements and research prototypes into production-grade services, APIs, and automation pipelines.
- Apply RAG, vector search, and retrieval-based approaches to make offensive research and operational knowledge actionable in real time.
- Instrument and evaluate agentic systems with observability tooling to ensure reliable, explainable, and safe outputs.
- Tune and validate agent behavior against operational use cases using feedback from Red Team operators.
- Collaborate with Red Team researchers and leadership to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
- Build tooling for Purple Team exercises that helps translate offensive findings into detection and defensive improvements.
- Communicate technical designs and tooling capabilities to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of software development experience with strong knowledge of software design patterns and architecture.
- Experience building agentic workflows or using LangGraph, Google ADK, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Experience with AI evaluation and observability tooling such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or Weights & Biases.
- Experience with RAG, vector search, or retrieval-based AI systems.
- Comfort with Azure, AWS, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience developing backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Spring, or equivalent.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, message queues, or asynchronous workflows.
- Commitment to clean, maintainable, production-grade code and strong critical thinking in ambiguous situations.
- Preferred experience in Red Team operations, penetration testing, adversary emulation, vulnerability research, or other security teams.
- Interest in ethical hacking, red teaming, malware, and offensive cyber operations.
- Preferred offensive security certifications include OSCP, OSCE, OSED, OSEE, GXPN, or GPEN.
