Responsibilities
- Ensure high reliability and correctness for the ledger and orchestrated funds flows.
- Develop new features to serve Lithic customers.
- Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable code while minimizing technical debt.
- Own initiatives from planning through launch and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Lead improvements to team systems and processes.
- Participate in the team on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Experience shipping software in production environments and leading projects.
- Strong distributed-systems instincts and software design skills.
- Experience with Python or willingness to learn it.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects while contributing as a strong individual contributor.
- Interest in fintech and the payments space is preferred.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous desire to learn and improve.
