Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, troubleshoot, and test software applications or operating systems.
- Build enhancements within existing software architectures and suggest architectural improvements.
- Develop applications using Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar object-oriented or functional programming languages.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting issues and developing, testing, and migrating solutions.
- Use data structures and algorithms, object-oriented design and programming, REST APIs, enterprise databases, and code collaboration tools.
- Work independently on varied and complex tasks and potentially lead projects or supervise lower-level personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field followed by five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related software developer occupation.
- Alternatively, a BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
- At least four years of software engineering or related experience.
- Experience with Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar object-oriented or functional programming languages.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented design and programming, REST APIs, enterprise databases, and code collaboration tools.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and work on varied and complex duties.
