Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Work with Oracle databases to support performance and data integrity.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with QA, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and support software quality and continuous improvement practices.
- Manage source code with Git and support release activities.
- Contribute to application integration projects across multiple systems.
- Analyze technical requirements and propose scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, REST Services, Oracle Database, and Git.
- Understanding of collaborative software development practices.
- Portuguese proficiency at C1 level and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience with application integration projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Infarmed technology stack, including EJB and PrimeFaces, is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, public administration, or other regulated environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps principles is preferred.
- Experience with application servers such as JBoss is preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
