Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend CRM platform components.
- Develop Java and Spring Boot microservices and service-to-service integrations.
- Work with REST APIs, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners in squad-based delivery.
- Apply unit testing, backend test automation, logging, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Contribute to automated builds, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with Kafka or MQ and service-to-service communication.
- Knowledge of Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated builds.
- Experience with unit testing and backend test automation.
- Basic understanding of logging, monitoring, and observability for backend services.
- Native Portuguese and proficiency in English are mandatory.
- Exposure to cloud-based environments, distributed systems, or multi-squad Agile setups is desirable.
