Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to enable business and team scalability.
- Collaborate with Security to implement best practices for customer data.
- Support design reviews and help engineers make informed trade-offs.
- Act as a cultural beacon, mentoring junior team members.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational posture and execution quality.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of industry experience in backend development.
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and identity federation concepts.
- Experience building scalable platform services across multiple teams.
- Strong data modeling skills for complex systems.
- Experience solving distributed systems challenges related to performance and security.
- Proven success with complex technical migrations while maintaining system stability.
- Security-focused mindset with an understanding of enterprise security practices.
- Experience leading technical projects spanning several months.
- Ability to work effectively in decisive and action-oriented environments.
- Experience mentoring and collaborating with other engineers.
