Base Salary

Responsibilities

Lead technical development and expansion of new AI products.
Design and develop scalable, cloud-agnostic systems using Python, AWS, LLMs, and retrieval-based architectures.
Advance AI foundations involving segmentation, retrieval, and data organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across contact center, retail, cybersecurity, operations, marketing, and other functions.
Guide delivery through stand-ups, two-week sprints, GitHub project management, issue tracking, and backlog prioritization.
Mentor senior engineers, shape coding standards, lead code reviews, and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders and the AI Council.
Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the roadmap for future AI products.
Apply secure development practices, lead testing efforts, and improve system reliability and performance.
Strengthen CI/CD pipelines and promote engineering best practices.
Share technical knowledge internally and externally, including conference presentations and cross-team consulting.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
At least eight years of experience designing software and writing production code in a team environment.
Expertise in secure development practices and the ability to deliver scalable solutions across multiple languages and environments.
Expertise with at least two of Python, .NET, C#, Node.js, or JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Experience with public cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containers and orchestration, with Kubernetes preferred.
Expertise in SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, service-oriented architecture patterns, and distributed systems.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
Deep understanding of test-driven development and testing methodologies.
Proficiency with Git and branching standards, plus experience with SQL, large datasets, ETL, and analytics engines.
Experience leading cross-functional teams through the software development life cycle.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, full-time availability, and occasional travel.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced computer science degree, conference presentation experience, agent-based systems familiarity, exposure to additional cloud platforms, data segmentation knowledge, startup or agile-team experience, and the ability to drive adoption of emerging technologies.

Target annual pay range is $171,700.00-$209,800.00, with a full annual pay range of $133,100.00-$248,300.00; compensation incentives may also be available.
