Base Salary
$150k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build automation pipelines that replace high-volume, repeatable content tasks.
- Design and develop LLM-powered tooling, prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, and orchestration systems for agentic content workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations across ServiceNow content platforms, knowledge management systems, and AI services.
- Develop MCP server configurations and agentic workflow tooling for writer and engineer workflows.
- Partner with Digital Technology, UX Design, and UX Research teams across search, taxonomy, and digital experience surfaces.
- Contribute to engineering standards and architectural patterns for scalable AI tooling.
- Manage projects with material technical risk at the team level.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Strong JavaScript and web platform experience, including reusability and componentization.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Experience with a modern UI framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agentic workflow design, or prompt engineering at scale.
- Familiarity with MCP server architecture or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with content automation, structured content systems such as DITA, or knowledge graph infrastructure.
- Background in SaaS or enterprise technology environments and open-source tooling ecosystems.
- Preferred qualifications include 7 or more years of software engineering experience, production automation or AI tooling experience, Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js proficiency, enterprise systems integrations, and the ability to operate with high autonomy.
- Strong analytical, design, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.

- Base pay is listed at $149,800–$262,200 annually, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
