Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and own full-stack software platforms for enterprise infrastructure and operations teams.
- Design systems that ingest, process, analyze, and expose infrastructure and operational data at scale.
- Develop backend services and APIs for data collection, enrichment, and querying.
- Build web interfaces with advanced search, filtering, and usability for technical users.
- Design and implement ETL and data-processing pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
- Containerize applications and deliver them through Docker and Kubernetes-based deployment models.
- Provide technical leadership on system design, performance, reliability, maintainability, testing, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, security, and product stakeholders on long-term platform strategy.
- Review designs and code, raise engineering standards, reduce technical debt, and improve platform scalability and developer experience.
Requirements
- Staff or senior-level full-stack software engineering experience on complex production systems.
- Typically 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of large or critical systems.
- Strong backend engineering experience, including API design and data-intensive services.
- Experience building applications involving data ingestion, transformation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in one or more of C#, Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application delivery.
- Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals and cloud-native application design.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MySQL, ETL pipelines, analytics platforms, operational data tooling, GCP, AWS, internal infrastructure platforms, observability, cost optimization, reliability engineering, or infrastructure automation.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and demonstrate strong technical judgment, communication, and influence without authority.
