Base Salary
$185k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
- Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested full-stack code.
- Establish engineering best practices and help build a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.
- Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to improve the product.
- Own architecture, mentor engineers, and raise overall team effectiveness.
- Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years contributing to system design or architecture.
- Strong full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend, with required React experience.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, including architecting, deploying, and operating scalable services.
- Experience modeling, querying, and optimizing MongoDB schemas for performance at scale.
- Solid testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Demonstrated staff-level technical leadership, including architecture ownership and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, and deliverables.
- Interest in remaining on a senior individual-contributor track rather than pursuing a near-term executive or management path.
- A track record of stable, sustained tenures at previous employers.

- Salary range of $185,000 to $240,000 USD annually.
