Base Salary
$400k - $900k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance and extend the current AI platform to better support research and scientific workflows.
- Translate business and scientific needs into technical architecture and product solutions.
- Lead end-to-end capability development: concept, design, implementation, iteration, and deployment.
- Architect scalable AI-native systems with a focus on integration with agentic development tooling.
- Partner closely with scientists, investors, product leaders, and engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction across teams.
- Move quickly — prototype, validate, iterate — without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in engineering, AI systems, or product engineering roles.
- Proven experience building AI-driven platforms or products.
- Strong understanding of machine learning systems.
- Experience working closely with domain experts (scientists, researchers, analysts).
- Track record of delivering comprehensive systems end-to-end.
