Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy and execution for complex enterprise opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on AI adoption strategies.
- Architect and lead end-to-end solution design across customer requirements.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to resolve technical and business challenges.
- Define large, multi-phase Scopes of Work for scalable solutions.
- Lead high-impact customer engagements, including presentations and workshops.
- Influence product roadmap by synthesizing customer insights.
- Mentor other Solutions Engineers and establish best practices.
- Drive initiatives to improve win rates and scalability of Solutions Engineering.
Requirements
- Deep technical background with experience in customer-facing engineering roles.
- Proven track record of closing complex technical deals with large enterprises.
- Strong systems thinking and architecture experience in cloud and AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python or Java.
- Experience as a senior technical advisor to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- High degree of ownership and intellectual curiosity in fast-paced environments.
