Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales Services scoping and validate solution feasibility, scope, and alignment with Celonis architecture.
  • Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments across processes, business units, and geographies.
  • Define integration, data, scalability, security, production-readiness, and transformation blueprints and make architecture trade-off decisions.
  • Own solution quality and delivery outcomes across multiple engagements through design reviews and architectural standards.
  • Design AI deployment-agent workflows, validation checkpoints, quality gates, reusable specifications, and delivery patterns.
  • Advise VP and C-level customer stakeholders on Process Intelligence maturity, AI readiness, use cases, success metrics, and transformation strategy.
  • Work with Deployment Engineers to implement complex and early-stage use cases and maintain feedback cycles with Product and Engineering.
  • Develop domain or industry-specific solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
  • Mentor Deployment Engineers, conduct technical and design reviews, contribute to hiring, and lead enablement and community-of-practice activities.
  • Feed customer insights and field experience into platform development and roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators.
  • At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility on large-scale projects at tier-1 organizations.
  • Proven ability to design complex solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, with strong enterprise architecture judgment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation and orchestration engine, and AI modules.
  • Working knowledge of Python and demonstrated experience designing AI-augmented delivery workflows with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Experience with context engineering, multi-agent system design, or AI validation at scale.
  • Deep expertise in at least one process domain or industry vertical and the ability to turn it into scalable solution patterns.
  • Track record of trusted-advisor relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders and of presenting transformation strategies and technical trade-offs.
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating between technical and business audiences and leading workshops, design sessions, and strategic reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor technical staff, set quality standards, and develop organizational capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
