Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support Services scoping in pre-sales to align with proposed solution architecture.
- Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments.
- Define technical blueprints for platform integration with customer systems.
- Make architectural trade-off decisions with clear rationale tied to customer outcomes.
- Own solution quality and outcome delivery across engagements.
- Design AI deployment agent workflows for multi-workstream engagements.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to strategic customers.
- Translate customer challenges into actionable Celonis platform strategies.
- Guide customers through their Process Intelligence maturity journey.
- Collaborate with Deployment Engineers on complex delivery projects.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in process domains or industry verticals.
- Contribute to practice development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership.
- Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform and its capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to design AI-augmented delivery workflows.
- Deep knowledge in at least one major process domain or industry vertical.
- Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to communicate between technical and business audiences.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and contributing to organizational development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
