Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end platform architecture for complex enterprise deployments across process areas, business units, systems, and geographies.
- Design secure, scalable solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, operational applications, automation, security, governance, and production operations.
- Make and defend architectural trade-offs and ensure teams meet architecture, quality, and production-readiness standards.
- Lead complex technical delivery, resolve escalations, remove dependencies, and manage timeline, scope, and customer expectations.
- Scope Services, estimate effort, validate feasibility, and support pre-sales while ensuring proposed solutions can be delivered and scaled.
- Implement early-stage Celonis capabilities and maintain feedback cycles with Product and Engineering.
- Serve as senior technical advisor to executive customer stakeholders and translate business challenges into platform strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Guide customers through process intelligence maturity, platform expansion, IT change management, data security, AI readiness, and organizational change.
- Develop domain or industry expertise and create reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Mentor Deployment Engineers, contribute to hiring and candidate calibration, lead enablement and community-of-practice activities, and build reusable deployment assets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, forward deployed engineering, solution or enterprise architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators.
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility on large-scale enterprise projects.
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex end-to-end enterprise solutions involving data integration, process intelligence, operational applications, and automation.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, security, governance, and architectural trade-offs.
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Python, Bash or Shell scripting, and REST or SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or equivalent general-purpose programming languages.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, Python scripting, and automation and orchestration.
- Comfort directing AI-assisted and agentic development tools and evaluating their output, including Apollo, Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
- Track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, presenting transformation strategies, defending architectural decisions, and navigating complex IT environments.
- Experience owning technical delivery and escalations, scoping and estimating pre-sales work, and leading workshops, design sessions, and strategic reviews.
- Ability to mentor technical staff, set quality standards, and build organizational capability; formal people-management experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required by project delivery phases.
