Responsibilities

  • Design, extend, and operate infrastructure and services across projects.
  • Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure, and automation solutions.
  • Automate and own cross-project infrastructure and tools for integration and delivery.
  • Partner with software engineers and business teams to accelerate delivery.
  • Improve deployment reliability, observability, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare automation concepts for complex services, processes, and operating models.
  • Conduct performance analyses and tuning.
  • Support fault analysis through fault clearance, including incident and problem management.
  • Lead complex CI/CD initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in computer science or a related field, or several years of software development experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern IT stacks, including test automation, CI/CD, cloud-native, and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Solid software engineering background with practical programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms and infrastructure as code.
  • Hands-on experience in software development projects using modern frameworks and higher-level programming languages.
  • Experience operating applications and infrastructure in cloud and/or Kubernetes environments.
  • Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
  • Working proficiency in English at least at B2 level.
  • Intercultural competence and a strong automation mindset.
  • Experience in telecommunications, networking, or service provisioning is a plus.
  • Knowledge of TM Forum standards and processes is a plus.
  • Experience with Camunda-based workflow solutions and German language skills are a plus.
