Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, and deploy reconciliation solutions aligned with infrastructure and business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements and convert them into scalable technology solutions.
- Plan and deliver end-to-end application implementations from design and construction through testing and go-live.
- Coordinate regional application delivery across Mexico and LATAM with operations and upstream system teams.
- Develop system specifications and provide L3 production support for reconciliation environments.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Recommend and implement security measures based on post-implementation analysis.
- Support business stakeholders, regional operations teams, and subject matter experts throughout application delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of application development experience in financial services, including direct involvement with reconciliation systems or financial operations ecosystems.
- Advanced SQL skills and expertise with Oracle or relational database technologies.
- At least five years of experience working in Linux or Unix environments, including hands-on shell scripting.
- Understanding of data structures, interfaces, and data transfer protocols used in financial systems integration.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles under an SDLC framework, including requirements management, change control, and application delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience supporting or leading reconciliation projects in Mexico or LATAM is beneficial.
- Professional English and Spanish proficiency is beneficial.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, consulting or project management methodology experience, and experience mentoring junior analysts are beneficial.
