Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent orchestration pipelines using LangGraph state machines, conditional routing, self-healing loops, and sub-agent hierarchies.
- Build hybrid retrieval systems combining Neo4j knowledge graphs, Cypher, Qdrant vector search, and sentence-transformer embeddings.
- Develop asynchronous FastAPI backend services with Pydantic models, JWT/RBAC security, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB persistence.
- Build React and TypeScript frontend features including visual graph editors, real-time streaming interfaces, and observability dashboards.
- Integrate A2A, MCP, AG-UI, REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC enterprise protocols and services.
- Implement Redis and mem0 agent memory, DAG-based workflow compilation, topological sorting, cycle detection, and Ray-based parallel execution.
- Deploy and operate containerized services using Docker, Azure Bicep, Azure Pipelines, and Jenkins.
- Serve and manage on-premises LLMs with vLLM alongside cloud-hosted models using OpenAI-compatible APIs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital full-stack development; the professional qualifications specify 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of production experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or ML systems.
- Strong Python, asynchronous programming, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript skills.
- Experience with graph databases or knowledge graph systems, vector search, retrieval architectures, and embedding models.
- Experience owning features across the full stack from API and user interface through deployment.
- Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, LLM engineering, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, ReactFlow or XYFlow, state management, and server-state tools.
- Experience with vLLM or TGI, persistent agent memory systems, GraphQL, enterprise SSO, ontology modeling, and Pytest is preferred.
