Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure resiliency efforts, including recovery mechanisms, tenant isolation, and load-spike handling.
- Improve system observability and operability.
- Build performance-critical, user-facing infrastructure such as real-time event processing.
- Plan scaling initiatives to support significant customer growth.
- Partner with engineering teams to build reliable product features.
- Share infrastructure expertise and mentor fellow engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in the infrastructure domain.
- Ability to investigate and debug complex errors and performance issues.
- Ability to design scalable infrastructure and reason about edge cases, failure modes, and bottlenecks.
- Ability to mentor engineers on observability, rollout strategies, and risk mitigation.
