Responsibilities
- Analyze client and service-delivery processes to identify automation opportunities and develop business cases and solution blueprints.
- Coach and consult service-delivery teams on automation adoption, workflow development, robotic automation, and best practices.
- Design, configure, implement, review, and deploy robotic process automation and workflow solutions.
- Gather business metrics and maintain or adapt existing automation processes through structured change control.
- Assist with project planning and execution, including managing risks, issues, changes, status updates, and improvement suggestions.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day automation issues and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in developing and implementing workflow and robotic process automation solutions.
- Ability to analyze as-is processes, design end-to-end automation solutions, and align implementations with business requirements.
- Ability to configure scripts, work with workflow platforms, review automation code, and enforce development best practices.
- Ability to coach colleagues, deliver automation training, and provide consulting guidance.
- Ability to support project execution, manage risks and issues, and communicate status to technology management.
- Willingness to learn and develop automation skills.
