Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop Temporal workflows and Go services for the Zero Touch Platform.
- Build foundational platforms and tools that automate cloud operations and enable rapid, secure, consistent, and cost-effective service provisioning.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and CI/CD processes while writing maintainable and performant code.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, using production experience to identify automation opportunities.
- Debug and resolve issues in cloud-native distributed systems.
- Promote improved architectural patterns and provide documentation that enables engineering self-service.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required because the position involves handling classified federal data.
- At least 5 years of applicable experience.
- Experience managing cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with managed languages such as Python, Go, C#, or Java.
- Experience operating Kubernetes platforms such as AKS or EKS.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms for infrastructure provisioning, builds, testing, and releases.
- Experience with observability tools including application performance monitoring, logging, and metrics.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Production ownership experience involving uptime, SLOs, on-call responsibilities, and incident leadership.
- Empathy for supporting software engineers.
