
Senior Software Engineer - Architect, Consent & Campaign Management

- Architect, configure, develop, and integrate Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, CRM Analytics, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Build reusable Lightning components and pages, Apex classes and triggers, batch and scheduled Apex, test classes, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Create Marketing Cloud journeys, email programs, automation workflows, API integrations, personalized experiences, behavioral tracking, segmentation, and real-time decisioning.
- Build and manage CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets, SAQL queries, data flows, recipes, and predictive models.
- Design cloud architectures with high availability, disaster recovery, infrastructure, cloud-native services, and cost optimization across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Define and enforce architectural governance standards, principles, patterns, and guardrails across multiple workstreams.
- Mentor and upskill development teams, conduct architecture and code reviews, and promote engineering excellence.
- Integrate Salesforce with middleware, APIs, web services, Veeva Vault, and SaaS backup and recovery tools.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external technology partners in a regulated industry environment.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of deep, hands-on Salesforce experience, including comprehensive Salesforce Platform and Service Cloud expertise.
- Extensive Salesforce configuration experience with custom objects, page layouts, record types, workflow rules, approval processes, assignment rules, and validation rules.
- Hands-on experience with the Lightning Component Framework and reusable UI components and pages.
- Hands-on Marketing Cloud experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, marketing automation workflows, and API integrations with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization Builder, including personalized experiences, recommendations, behavioral tracking, segmentation, and real-time decisioning.
- Strong Apex development experience with classes, triggers, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, test classes, code coverage, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience with CRM Analytics, including dashboards, lenses, datasets, SAQL, data flows, recipes, and predictive models.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, data streams, and activation.
- Experience designing cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including infrastructure, cloud-native services, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, APIs, web services, infrastructure setup, and deployments of varying complexity.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, SOQL, JSON, HTML, CSS, HTML5, UI/UX design principles, Veeva Vault API, AWS, and DevOps tools.
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, conducting reviews, and establishing architectural governance.
- Background in or exposure to a regulated industry is required or strongly relevant, with BioPharma experience a strong plus.
- Knowledge of OwnBackup or equivalent SaaS backup and recovery tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering across business, IT, and external technology organizations.
