$198k - $335k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop demos and sample applications demonstrating integrations and best practices with reasoning models, multimodal capabilities, and agent tools.
- Create tutorials, blog posts, videos, and code samples about OpenAI’s models, APIs, and Codex.
- Engage with and foster local and global developer communities around OpenAI’s platform.
- Represent OpenAI at developer events and online platforms as an advocate for developers.
- Gather and synthesize developer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and success of OpenAI’s developer tools and APIs.
- Contribute directly to improving OpenAI’s developer interfaces and surfaces.
- Own challenges end-to-end and proactively resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Robust full-stack engineering experience with a track record of building innovative applications using AI and large language models.
- Demonstrated experience creating engaging technical content, compelling demos, or developer tooling that accelerates technology adoption.
- Strong technical skills, creativity, user empathy, and a passion for empowering developers.
- Ability to code continuously and ship high-quality, impactful software.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across product, engineering, marketing, research, and GTM teams.
- Commitment to AI ethics, safety, and OpenAI’s responsible AI development principles.
